This page explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.
Who we are

What data we collect
We collect two types of data: (1) information you submit through the contact form - your name, email address, event date, event type and message; and (2) usage measurement via Google Analytics 4. Until you accept statistics in our cookie banner, or if you refuse them, Google Analytics only receives cookieless pings: the page viewed, the time, and basic browser and device details. Nothing is stored on your device and no identifier links one visit to the next. If you accept, the _ga cookies listed below are set so visits can be counted over time. Google uses your IP address to estimate a rough location, then discards it: Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
Why we collect it & legal basis
We use contact-form data to respond to your enquiry - the legal basis is legitimate interest. Measurement with cookies relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing deletes the _ga cookies. The cookieless pings sent before or without consent rely on our legitimate interest in counting visits to the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Neither is used for advertising: ad storage and ad personalisation stay off in every case.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions until your enquiry is resolved, plus 12 months for follow-up. Google Analytics retains user-level data for 14 months by default; aggregated reports remain available indefinitely.

Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the CNIL in France, the ICO in the UK, or the CNPD in Portugal).

Third-party processors
We share data with two third parties: Google (Google Analytics 4) and SoundCloud (media embeds, if you grant Media consent). See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Third-party embeds - SoundCloud
If you grant Media consent, SoundCloud embedded players will load on the Mixes page. SoundCloud may collect cookies, your IP address, device information, and listening behaviour. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For full details see SoundCloud's privacy policy at https://soundcloud.com/pages/privacy. To withdraw consent: click the 'Revoke SoundCloud consent' button below, or open Cookie settings in the footer and disable the Media category. You can also clear the soundcloud_consent key via your browser's developer tools (Application → Local Storage).
Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy, we will re-prompt you for cookie consent and update the 'Last updated' date above.
