How Booking Works
What happens between the first call and the night.
We start with a short call to agree on the date, the venue and the kind of night you want. A deposit secures your date in the diary, and the rest of the brief comes together over the following weeks.
Two weeks out, a final brief covers the music, the timing and any gear specifics the venue needs. Must-play tracks, do-not-play tracks, the moments that matter, and venue constraints on noise or load-in. By the day of the event nothing about the night surprises either of us.
Lead time is usually four to twelve weeks for private events and corporate parties, longer for weddings in peak season. Last-minute is possible when the diary allows. Send your date through and a clear yes or no comes back. The quote reflects the size of the venue, the hours, the travel and the setup you choose. You book me directly, so that quote is the full price.

How do I book Deejay Tin'Ok for an event?
Send your date, venue or city, event type and rough guest count through the contact form. I confirm within 24 hours whether the date is free, then send a quote built around the venue, the hours and the travel.
How far ahead should I book a date?
Across all event types, weekday and weekend, typical notice is four to twelve weeks, and longer for weddings in peak summer. Weekend dates go faster than that. Last-minute dates are possible when the diary allows, so it is always worth asking.

Club nights, private parties, weddings, festivals and corporate events across London, the UK and Europe. UK regional and European dates are booked on a rolling basis, with travel and accommodation built into the quote.
