Born in France to Portuguese parents, raised between two cultures on Cut Killer mixtapes, late-night radio and the generation that took hip-hop and R&B seriously at home. Now reading London floors. Three cultures feeding one set, including French rap and Lusophone-Afro crates that most London bookers will not have heard a DJ run live before.

Every set is built live on the night, with afrobeats, hip-hop, R&B and old school as the base, and the catalogue stretching into UK garage, dancehall, funk and disco when the room calls. Same discipline at a Hackney club or a Saturday wedding in Surrey.

100+ events on the books across the UK, France, Portugal and the wider EU. Corporate parties, weddings, prom nights, private birthdays, club residencies and festival warm-ups. Floors from 60 guests outdoors to 300 in a summer club booking. Most bookers come back.

Since 2000

Born in France to Portuguese parents.

Started in 2000 on corporate events. Brand launches, summer parties, end-of-year functions. 25+ years later the corporate work still runs alongside the weddings, prom nights and club bookings. Different rooms, same job.

The setup behind the set

From Technics 1200s to Serato

The first decks were a pair of Technics SL-1200 MK2s with a Numark Pro SM1 mixer. Vinyl-only, late-90s schooling. The current rig is built around a Rane Performer controller running Serato DJ Pro: the same crowd-reading discipline, faster prep, four-deck flexibility and a deep library that adapts to any brief. Every booking starts with a call to align on guest profile, key moments and venue acoustics. Soundcheck thirty minutes before doors so the room is dialled in before the first guest arrives.

A recent corporate summer party in France is a fair shorthand for the booking shape. 300 guests at a club venue, a jazz-leaning cocktail arrival, lounge warmth through dinner, then a controlled climb into peak-hour energy and mashups for the dancefloor. Mixed teams, a wide age range, no single reference point. The floor stayed packed. The night ended on the dancefloor and not at the bar. That is the brief most events come in with, whatever the format.

Three countries, one fader

Roots: Portugal, France, United Kingdom

Portugal: family roots

The first records, the first parties, the first idea that music carries memory. Portuguese family-night classics, Cape Verdean grooves and Lusophone Afro grain live in the back of every set, surfacing when the room wants soul instead of speed.

France: hip-hop schooling

Growing up in France with Cut Killer mixtapes, late-night radio shows and the entire 90s/00s French hip-hop ecosystem became the technical foundation: blends, scratches, transitions and a deep respect for crate digging.

United Kingdom: club fluency

London is where that sound became professional open-format: a city that hears UK garage, afroswing, drill, R&B, dancehall and afrobeats as one continuous conversation. London is where the sets stretch - from lounge warmth to peak-time energy.
